 | Year 2009 - (Smugmug) - Still using the
same Panasonic superzoom and Olympus waterproof cameras. Can't believe
they are going on 3 years!! Guess that's got to mean something for
their durability. |
| Year 2008 - (Smugmug) - No change in
cameras this year. Bought a new scuba camera for underwater pics, but
just started using that at the end of the year. |
| Year 2007 - (Smugmug) - Broke our Pentax
waterproof camera, got an Olympus, sold the SD400, bought an Panasonic FZ18.
With the little Olympus being small & rugged, I think we'll be taking more
pics. The Panasonic is awesome for zoomed shots. |
| Year 2006 - (Smugmug) - New waterproof
camera this year and I'm started to see a trend in which the first few
months of the year is pretty quiet, but summer and winter is where the pics
are. Sold our old Sony camera and we'll probably be upgrading our
SD400 soon. Once again, lots and lots of pictures, but mainly due to
vacations and weddings. |
| Year 2005 - (Password-protected) - This year
started off slow, basically taking a hiatus over a 4-month period, but we
really made up for it with a new camera (SD400) and many trips throughout
the latter half of the year. Lots of summer activities, more
get-together, less pictures of poker and I'm actually missing pictures on
the website due to way too many pictures! |
| Year 2004 - (Password-protected) - I think my
picture-taking has peaked at around 6,000 pictures per year. I think
it's because of the old cameras that I have. As usual, we went on a
long vacation - 2-weeks trip to South Pacific area. Lots of activities
with Friendskit group throughout the year. A bunch of new stuff and
awesome trips! |
| Year 2003 - (Password-protected) - I
thought it would be impossible to top last year's picture count, but I
was wrong! Over 6,000 pictures posted in this year's album! Of
course, two major trips overseas really helped with that number and many
people contributed to it as well, so it's not just me this time. Lots
of stuff this year - Trip to France & Amsterdam, to Taiwan and Kauai,
Phil's wedding, lots of poker, and much more! |
| Year 2002 - (Password-protected) - My
most comprehensive picture year yet! Over 3900 pictures captured this
year alone! Some highlights include outings to beautiful California
scenery, snow trips to Tahoe, our new house in Fremont, lots of birthdays,
Halloween Contest at Drink Club, BBQ, rafting trip, our new cats, and much
more! |
| Year 2001 - (Password-protected) - This year's
pics are heavy in the snow season and the fall. Some highlights
include our road trip to San Diego, Halloween contest, lots of snow pix, and
of course, our vacation to China. |
| Year 2000 & prior - (Password-protected) -
This section includes everything that happened during and before Year 2000
that I managed to capture and digitized. A few of the highlights are
graduations, a few housewarming parties, Mags' Surprise Birthday Party, our
NY trip, paintball and our Hawaii vacation pics. |
