  1. How do I contact Poohead?
    bulletYou can contact me by clicking on the 'Contact me' link located on the left-side of  every page.
  2.  Why can't I see the password-protected pictures?
    bullet If you do not have a valid username/password, you can not view the pictures.
    bulletIf your firewall does not allow authentication, you can not view it.
    bulletIf you are using Netscape, you have to use Internet Explorer 5 or above.
    bulletIf you have other issues, please contact me.  Thank you.
  3. How often do you update your 'Shawn Speaks'?
    bulletI try to update it on a monthly basis, but it might vary from month to month.
