As expected, implementing OSS2000 has provided us with some challenges as we learn the new system and its associated processes. As a result, our initial productivity took a hit. Our average call time increase from 15 minutes to 22 minutes (almost 50% longer) as it took us longer to fine critical information, piece together notes, and build more PVC on the fly. Despite these productivity challenges, our results this week has been outstanding due your tremendous efforts. Despite the longer call times, our average queues have been under 3 minutes and maximum queues under 15 minutes. More importantly, we successfully closed over 75% of orders (our average in March before OSS 2000 was 72%). We also closed 362 orders yesterday which is only 2 off the all time record (thanks to some additional late night efforts from Doug, Geoff, David, and Malcom). Thanks again for your commitment. As we get more comfortable with OSS2000 and we can leverage its powerful atuomation tools, we are confident we can reach our goal to 700 installs per day by end of June!
